Cancellation & Return Policy

At Paramita, we aim to offer a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. Please read the following policies carefully.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.

• Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
  However, you may request a return after delivery (see below).
• If a prepaid order is cancelled within the allowed time, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

2. Return Policy

Eligibility:

We accept returns if:

• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Innerwear or personal wear
• Customized or altered items
• Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Return Charges:

• A standard return shipping charge of ₹100 + 18% GST (total ₹118) will be deducted from your refund.
• If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong item, no return charge will apply.

Return Process:

• Contact us at the email or phone number above to initiate a return.
• We’ll arrange a pickup through one of our delivery partners (Bluedart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, etc.), depending on service availability in your area.
• If pickup is not available, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our return address, which will be provided by our support team.

Refund Timeline:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
