• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
• You will be notified once your order has been shipped.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.
• Delays may occur during festivals, weather issues, or other unforeseen events — we’ll keep you informed in such cases.

3. Delivery Partners

We work with multiple trusted logistics partners, including:

• Bluedart
• Delhivery
• Ecom Express
• DTDC
• India Post (for remote areas)
• Etc.

We assign the best available partner for your pin code at the time of shipping.

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999 only for West Bengal.
• A flat ₹180 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹999.

5. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you’ll receive an SMS or email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

6. Service Coverage

We deliver across most pin codes in India.
If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you and process a full refund if necessary.
